Snuggle Inns Reservation &
Cancellation Policy |
Option A: 100% paid
in full to book reservation. No refunds or exchanges once Snuggle
Inn or RV site has been confirmed and fees paid. RV sites can only
be booked using Option A.
Option B: (additional reservation
fees apply when Option B selected) 25% of full rental is required
to book reservations. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Balance
of amount due must be paid within 21 days of scheduled arrival, or
booking can be cancelled, with no refund of original deposit.
If you paid your deposit by credit card, and you do not request to
pay balance due with check, you agree we should charge your credit
card the balance due 21 days prior to arrival. For all advance
reservations, we send out a confirmation form either by email or
smail (snail-mail). Once received, please review reservation
form carefully to make sure it complies with your requests, and
notify us immediately if there is any mistake. Only the number of
persons you stated in your reservation request will be allowed
onsite. Request to change dates to other week ends or weeks
counts as a cancellation and fees apply.
Changes of other items in Snuggle Inn reservations,
such as # of people expected, adding boats or vehicle, etc. may incur a $15
processing charge. Adding to days of stay processed at no charge. We
reserve the right to refuse to allow additional persons, vehicles or vessels to
the reservation if it could cause there to be to many persons associated with
the Snuggle Inn or RV reservation, or if it would cause problems with dock use
or other reservations.

100% of site reservation fees is required to book
reservations. No refunds or exchanges of dates. Changes to
other dates counts as a cancellation, and there will be no refund, except
that it is OK to ADD days of stay, subject to availability.
If
you've booked and paid for a site, and find you can't come after all, you
can let a friend or family member use the site instead. Just let us
know so we'll let the other person(s) you designated check into your site.
For advance reservations, we send out a confirmation form, listing the
site # and # of people you've specified. Please review reservation
form carefully to make sure it complies with your requests, and notify us
immediately if there is any mistake.
Why do we have this cancellation
policy?...We've
created this policy to make sure those calling for reservations are
serious about visiting us. We're a small private resort with very
special waterfront accommodations that are in high demand, particularly
summer season. We found that even if there was a cancellation fee,
people made reservations, changed their minds, and would constantly
argue with staff, even though they were aware of our cancellation policy
before making any reservations. Staff does not need these hassles,
and it is not cost-effective for a business to take reservations, change
them, and then sometimes go through the process again as people
continued to change their minds. It ended up costing us more in
processing than the original reservation income represented. So we
just don't allow refunds or exchanges for RV sites anymore. If you
don't like the policy, we understand you will choose to go to a
different park. That will leave the space open for those who do
want to visit, at the last minute.

Let staff know if you are visiting someone already onsite, or if you are touring the
delta on your boat. Use of guest dock space is subject to
availability. Check-in and Pay on arrival. |

The following terms apply to all
reservations:

We charge additional fees for extra persons
coming on site, extra vehicles, use of boat launch, use of dock space.
Why do we charge if you have guests for
just a day or few hours? ... Our maintenance costs are
directly related to the number of persons who use our facility. We have a
water filtration system, septic systems, bathrooms, garbage collection fees and
utilities that increase directly proportional to use by people. Since your
guests will be using the facilities, their costs need to be covered.
Would you go to the movies and pay for 4 tickets and expect to bring in 8 people
on the 4 tickets? Most likely not. Same concept applies here, even
for kids. If you haven't
told us you expect guests, and cover the costs for those guests, we must assume
they weren't expected, and we will apply standard park policy to unscheduled or
uninvited guests. Unscheduled visitors will not be allowed to go to the
site or cabin of the person they claim to be visiting, and will be asked to
leave the park immediately.
