"revertment"

MWD (SoCAL water) figures it is cheaper to take Sacramento
River water than to get the salt out of San Joaquin River water
or use desalination processes, so of course they will go
after the cheapest water!

Tracking sediment:

Putting Large woody debris into the Delta channels:

(or adding hazzards to navigation intentionally)

Study channel bank plantings:  Odd how the study below does not
mention that egeria densa, an "invasive species" is found along
the banks at these sites on Steamboat Slough and lower
Sacramento River per photos at
http://www.deltarevision.com/issues.html
and go to the issue of "invasive species".

Depth of each waterway is being closely monitored to see
the impacts from changing the flows, adding the sediments
and adding LWD and bank channels

where fish prefer to swim studies
