Snuggle Inn #1 received a wonderful remodel and is
soooo nice for large families or groups! This home is approximately 2200+ Sq. Ft and
sleeps up to 14.
Snuggle Inn #1 is fully
furnished.
 3 bedrooms, 2 baths plus large study currently used as
a 4th bedroom. Very large
and open living room and dining room area. Living room now has
large view windows facing
Steamboat Slough. However, you do need to bring your own linens,
towels and pots and pans. Kitchen has plates, glasses, utensils,
coffee maker, microwave, stove with oven and large refrigerator.
Charcoal bar-b-que on brick patio area with 2 picnic tables. On
the two decks there are lawn chairs or chases.
A/C and heat, of course!

Large
Bar-b-que and picnic tables outdoors are supplied so you can enjoy the
balmy evenings the Delta is loved for! There's even a
small, private sandy swim beach in front of the home on Steamboat Slough.
We've developed a tent site adjacent to this unit, so those in the group
who wish to tent-camp can make arrangements to do so. No linens are provided, except pillows and blankets.
Please bring your own sheets, towels and sleeping bags. If using
linens, plan for the following mattress sizes; 1 king, 3 queen, 6
twin

family reunions, or small week end weddings, so we advise making reservations as soon as possible if
you want to visit during summer season! |
