Tent Sites
Waterfront and Water View |
These sites are designed for single family tent
camping, with a charcoal barbeque and picnic table provided. A water
faucet is nearby. Effective Fall 2012, given the trouble we had this
past summer with a very large extended family/group of tenters who failed to
understand that quiet time is at 10:00 PM, we will no longer accept
reservations for large group tent campers unless $50 refundable security deposit
(per tent sute)
is provided to assure the persons coming onsite complies with park rules.
Number of tent sites will be more limited in 2013 due to park improvements.
Tent sites A & B are for 1
large tent or 2 smaller tents. 1 vehicle. Best for 4 or less
persons.
Tent group C is a very LARGE site, and can accomodate up to 12,
but the price quoted is for 8 persons and 2 vehicles. Tent group D is
a mid-sized site, water view and on the connection road between Snug Harbor
Drive and Marina View Circle. Tent group D can accomodate 4 small
tents or 2 large tents and is best for no more than 8 persons.
Vehicles are parked in our general parking areas. We do not show Tent group
D on the online reservation grid so you will have to call the office if you
are interested in renting this busy week end overflow site.
You must
arrange IN ADVANCE if you expect additional people onsite at any time during
your stay.
NO WATER, ELECTRIC OR SEWER HOOKUPS
ARE PROVIDED IN OUR TENT SITES BUT WE DO HAVE ADA-COMPLIANT HIS & HER
BATHROOMS WITH HOT SHOWERS.

This is a part of Group Tent site C, which is a waterfront tent site looking onto Snug Cove.
Group tent sites come with two picnic tables and one charoal barbeque and
one firewood burn ring. |
Tent sites A, B and Group Tent-C face Snug Cove and are next to RV sites.
Group Tent-D is across from the Clubhouse, and has a water view.
